• $85/night; $595/week; $1,900/month (October – May)

• Sleeps 1-4 people (queen bed & queen sleeper sofa).  Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced without prior approval
• $150 refundable deposit to secure rental dates
• 50% of total rental amount is due 60 days prior to stay
• Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to stay

• This is a non-smoking facility.  A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated
